Maddalena Archipelago Private Catamaran Tour Key Info
Since you will be renting the whole catamaran, this tour offers maximum flexibility! You can choose your departure and return times, as well as pick-up and drop-off spots, even the islands that we will visit!

Departure from: Usually from Palau harbour – let us know if you need a different pick up spot!
Meeting time: Usually 10AM – Departure scheduled for 10:30AM
Return scheduled: Usually around 5PM at the departure spot
If you want your full day catamaran cruise to include a bit of sunset cruising, you can select a later departure time. We also offer catamaran sunset cruises if you don’t want to rent the catamaran for the whole day.
Includes: Bottled water, wine, aperitivo (cheese, salami and Sardinian bread), lunch (spaghetti – only on the big catamaran), fruit, dessert, coffee, English speaking guide
Itinerary: Usually we do 2-3 stops at the islands of Spargi, Budelli, Santa Maria and Razzoli – however since you will be renting the whole boat for your group, these can edited and we can go also do Caprera, Maddalena or even Lavezzi.
People on board: However many are in your group! (maximum 22 on our big catamaran & maximum 12 on our small catamaran)

Full Day Private Catamaran Tour Description
The description outlined below is there as guidance and as example of the usual daily tours we do to Maddalena National Park. However since for a private tour you will be renting the whole boat, there is room to change things like the pick up spot, timings and itinerary.
Depart from Palau harbour at 10:30AM and set sail onto the crystal clear waters of Sardinia. As we travel along the coast we will sail past Porto Faro, Porto Rafael and Punta Sardegna. You can admire the panoramic views of the island, admiring the unique granite rocks, famous villas of Porto Rafael and lighthouse of Punta Sardinia along the way.
We always do at least 2 stops, usually 3. The exact stops change every day, depending on the weather and traffic conditions of the moment. We strive to always take you to the most beautiful and secluded beaches and bays, not just the famous ones that are overrun by boats and tourists.
Some of the beaches you can expect to visit are Cala Soraya or Cala Corsara on the Island of Spargi, Spiaggia del Cavaliere and the Natural Pools of Budelli, Cala Lunga in Razzoli Island or Santa Maria Beach in Santa Maria Island.
If you want to experience something different, that the classic day tours don’t do, we can also take you to see Caprera and Maddalena Islands, or even sail all the way to Lavezzi and Corsica.
Throughout the day you will be served a traditional Sardinian “aperitivo” (an appetizer of pecorino cheese, salami, pane carasau and wine) at the first stop, followed by lunch (spaghetti) at the second stop, and dessert and fruit at the final stop.
You will have plenty of time during the day to swim in the crystal clear waters of Sardinia, to relax and sunbathe on the comfortable nets of our big catamaran, to snorkel and discover the marine wildlife of the area, and fully enjoy your day!
We have two catamarans (a big one for 24 people and a small one for 12 people), so I’m sure we can find a boat for your budget and size!
